Our program provides personalized employment services designed to support youth and adults in developing the skills, confidence, and experience needed to successfully participate in today’s workforce.
Through our Weekly Job Fairs, Midwest Monster’s Academy Inc. connects participants with employers, community businesses, workforce partners, and career development resources. These events provide opportunities for individuals to meet hiring professionals, explore employment options, complete job applications, participate in interviews, and build valuable professional relationships. Our job fairs are designed to create inclusive employment opportunities while helping employers connect with motivated and talented individuals.
Our Career Trades Program introduces participants to a variety of career pathways through hands-on learning, workforce exploration, and skill development. Participants are exposed to opportunities in skilled trades, technology, healthcare, construction, transportation, entrepreneurship, education, hospitality, and other growing industries. The program helps individuals identify their strengths, interests, and career goals while preparing them for long-term success.
Midwest Monster’s Academy Inc. provides comprehensive employment readiness support, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace communication training, professional behavior coaching, and job retention strategies. Participants receive guidance on how to present their skills, navigate the hiring process, and develop the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.

Daily Career Planning Program Midwest Monster’s Academy Inc.’s Daily Career Planning Program is designed to empower youth and adults with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to achieve meaningful employment and long-term career success. Through individualized career assessments, goal setting, workforce readiness training, and one-on-one coaching, participants develop personalized career pathways aligned with their interests, strengths, and future aspirations. Each day, participants engage in structured activities that include career exploration, résumé and cover letter development, job search strategies, interview preparation, workplace communication, professional etiquette, financial literacy, time management, and problem-solving skills.
The program also provides guidance on educational opportunities, vocational training, apprenticeships, internships, certifications, and post-secondary planning to help participants advance toward sustainable careers. Midwest Monster’s Academy Inc. partners with local employers, workforce agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to connect participants with job shadowing opportunities, career fairs, internships, and competitive integrated employment opportunities. Our dedicated staff offers ongoing mentoring, encouragement, and individualized support to help each participant overcome barriers and remain focused on achieving their career goals. By fostering personal growth, leadership, responsibility, and lifelong learning, the Daily Career Planning Program equips participants with the tools necessary to become productive members of the workforce, strengthen their independence, and build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
