Our Mission

Midwest Monsters Academy Inc. provides compassionate, non-medical Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) services that empower children and young adults with disabilities to achieve independence, build life skills, and actively participate in their communities. We partner with families to deliver individualized, culturally responsive supports that promote dignity, inclusion, and long-term success.

Midwest Monsters Academy Inc. offers non-medical CLTS waiver services, which may include:6400 West Capitol Dr. Suite 212 Milwaukee, WI 53216 Hours of Operation Monday- Friday 9 am-7 pm

  • Grief and Bereavement Support (non-clinical)
  • Mentoring and Positive Youth Development

Who Is Eligible?

Children and young adults may qualify for the CLTS Program if they:
  • Are under the age of 22
  • Have a documented developmental disability, physical disability, or severe emotional disturbance
  • Require long-term support to live safely at home and in the community
  • Are eligible for Medicaid
  • Reside in Wisconsin
Eligibility is determined through the county CLTS agency.

How to Get Started

  1. Contact your local county CLTS agency to request an intake or referral
  2. Complete the eligibility determination process
  3. Select Midwest Monsters Academy Inc. as your CLTS service provider
  4. Begin services based on your approved service plan

MIDWEST MONSTERS ACADEMY, INC aims to create accessible and inclusive environments for the children of Milwaukee.  By providing accessible Educational Resources and Economic empowerment.

 We provide education and resources to all communities providing individuals with a set skill, and knowledge that allows youth & adults to make informed effective financial decisions so that they can reach there full potential of economic empowerment.
